Join the team
The Arena was launched in August 2020, as a passion project brought to life by three friends after hours and between day jobs. Our mission has always been clear - to support, elevate and inspire emerging creatives, to reach their full potential.
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do and we know we’re not alone in our vision for the creative industry. That’s why we’re looking to expand our team of volunteers (yeah that’s right…we do it for the love, not the money 🥰), with fellow like-minded changemakers, passionate about making the creative industry a better place.
The Arena is a not-for-profit social enterprise, so whilst we work to secure funding, these roles are voluntary. Hours and commitment levels are 100% negotiable and each new team member will be mentored throughout their role, to ensure their contribution brings value to their career progression and skillset.
We’ve highlighted a few roles areas we need support with, which anyone, at any stage of their career can apply for 👇🏼 But if your discipline isn’t covered, or you’d like to support our mission in an advisory or other position, they drop us an email on hello@thearena.org.uk
